No one is perfect, including us at Academia Day Clinic. Although we strive to give our best every day, it may happen that we are not able to 100% satisfy your expectations. From a delay in receiving you to an error in the appointment, tell us where we went wrong and help us avoid mistakes in the future.

In the unlikely event that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to meet your expectations, please inform us of your claim by sending an email to reclami@academiadayclinic.ch, making sure to provide the following information:

• full name, full address and telephone number

• reason for and date of visit

• indication of the person or persons of whom the complaint is referring

• brief description of the cause for complaint

• any other information and documentation to describe the circumstances

We will provide feedback within 48 working hours from the date of receipt of the complaint.
